باربی در نقش راپونزل، دختر جوانی که توسط گاتل شرور در یک مانع جادویی گرفتار شده است، بازی می‌کند. راپونزل راه فراری پیدا می‌کند و در آنجا با یک شاهزاده روبرو می‌شود و دشمنی بین دو پادشاهی که به روزی که او در کودکی ربوده شده بود، برمی‌گردد.

Synopsis (English)

Barbie stars as Rapunzel, a young girl who is entrapped by a magical barrier by the wicked, Gothel. Rapunzel finds an escape where she finds a Prince and a feud between two kingdoms which goes back to the day she was kidnapped as a child.
