خلاصه داستان (فارسی)

دو کودک خردسال و یک آشپز کشتی از یک سانحه کشتی جان سالم به در می‌برند و در یک جزیره گرمسیری آرام، امنیت پیدا می‌کنند. اما خیلی زود، آشپز می‌میرد و پسر و دختر جوان تنها می‌مانند. روزها تبدیل به سال می‌شوند و املین و ریچارد خانه‌ای برای خود می‌سازند که در محاصره موجودات عجیب و غریب و زیبایی‌های طبیعت است. اما آیا آنها دوباره تمدن را خواهند دید؟

Synopsis (English)

Two small children and a ship's cook survive a shipwreck and find safety on an idyllic tropical island. Soon, however, the cook dies and the young boy and girl are left on their own. Days become years and Emmeline and Richard make a home for themselves surrounded by exotic creatures and nature's beauty. But will they ever see civilization again?
