خلاصه داستان (فارسی)

یک استاد بزرگ شطرنج در یک تورنمنت بزرگ شرکت می‌کند و وقتی معشوقه‌اش در حالی که صورتش رنگ شده و خون از بدنش خارج شده پیدا می‌شود، او مظنون اصلی می‌شود. پس از اینکه قاتل با او تماس می‌گیرد و از او می‌خواهد که معمای بازی را حل کند، او با پلیس و یک روانشناس همکاری می‌کند تا قاتل را دستگیر کند، اما با ادامه قتل‌های زنجیره‌ای وحشتناک، تردیدهایی در مورد بی‌گناهی استاد بزرگ باقی می‌ماند.

Synopsis (English)

A chess grandmaster is in a big tournament, and when his lover is found painted up and the blood drained out of her body he becomes a chief suspect. After he gets a call from the killer urging him to try and figure out the game, he cooperates with police and a psychologist to try and catch the killer, but doubts linger about the grandmaster's innocence as the string of grisly murders continues.
