خلاصه داستان (فارسی)

زمین‌های بایر یورکشایر، شمال انگلستان، در اواخر قرن هجدهم. هیث‌کلیف جوان، که توسط آقای ارنشاو، مالک مزرعه‌ای دورافتاده به نام وثرینگ هایتس، از خیابان‌های لیورپول نجات داده شده است، در طول سال‌ها علاقه‌ی دیوانه‌واری به کتی، خواهرخوانده‌اش، پیدا می‌کند، علاقه‌ای بیمارگونه که سرانجامی غم‌انگیز خواهد داشت.

Synopsis (English)

Yorkshire moorlands, northern England, in the late 18th century. Young Heathcliff, rescued from the streets of Liverpool by Mr. Earnshaw, the owner of Wuthering Heights, an isolated farm, develops over the years an insane passion for Cathy, his foster sister, a sick obsession destined to end tragically.
